Trust Goes Outdoors Programme

Our Trust Goes Outdoors Programme was launched May 2022 thanks to grant funding from Burbo Bank Extension Community Fund & The National Lottery Community Fund (England).

This programme focuses on peer-to-peer support amongst the 11- 18-year-olds we cover across North Wales, Cheshire, Wirral, Merseyside, Greater Manchester & Lancashire areas.

Feeling isolated was the number one issue from our feedback the children completed. Trust Goes Outdoors enables us to provide different group-based activities for children and young people to come together, to reduce their feelings of isolation, give some respite and to share experiences, knowledge, build resilience, & support each other through group-based activities.

The programme kicked off In May 2022 with a Tree Top Trek & Watersports Day.
