Journals
We offer a wide range of different journals to suit all ages from 6 up to 18 years and will provide an age appropriate one from our resources. Journals will help children explore their feelings and moods and work through how they make their mind and body feel. There are lots of spaces to write, draw, learn and create. Emotions can feel big and scary, but the more we understand them, the better we become at managing them. Journals can help us do this.
Help make a difference. Become a Fundraiser.
Set yourself a challenge! Bake a difference, get your schools, college, work place, gym class involved and do a group fundraiser. Be as creative as you like. Use what you like to do and turn it into a fundraiser and get your networks involved. Organise a tea party, hold a ball, and take part in dress down Friday, so we can continue to support children during a parent’s cancer treatment.
"We can’t do US without YOU. Right now, more children and young people are facing the fear and uncertainty of a parent’s cancer diagnosis. The need is growing. More families are reaching out for help. We want to be there for every single one, but we can’t do it alone. When you fundraiser for is, you’re not just raising money, you’re giving children emotional and practical support to navigate the hardest time in their life."

Emma Turns 50!

In 2026 I turn 50! I know… who can tell when I clearly look 25?!
